Directions & PARKING INFORMATION

Driving

  • From the West: Take I-394 east to downtown Minneapolis and Exit 9C for Washington Avenue. Take a left on Washington Avenue and then the first immediate left into the driveway for the T3 Building and Dock Street Flats. Ahead, you will see the T3 Building. There is hourly guest parking in front of the building and behind it.

  • From the North: Take 35W south to Washington Avenue, turning right to go into downtown. Head about one mile past Hennepin Avenue and into the North Loop neighborhood. Take a left into the driveway for the T3 Building and Dock Street Flats just past the intersection for Third Avenue North. There is hourly guest parking in front of the building and behind it.

  • From the East: Take I-94 west towards Minneapolis. Continue west all the way through the Lowry Tunnel to Exit 229 for North Washington Avenue/Broadway. At the stoplight, turn right onto North Washington Avenue. Continue for one mile past Fifth Avenue North. Once you cross the trestle bridge, take the first right into the driveway for the T3 Building and Dock Street Flats. Ahead, you will see the T3 Building. There is hourly guest parking in front of the building and behind it.

  • From the South: Take 35W north to exit 17C for 3rd St toward U of M West Bank; use the middle lane to continue toward S Washington Ave. Turn left onto Washington Avenue to go into downtown. Head about one mile past Hennepin Avenue and into the North Loop neighborhood. Take a left into the driveway for the T3 Building and Dock Street Flats just past the intersection for Third Avenue North. There is hourly guest parking in front of the building and behind it.

Light Rail - The Target Field light rail stop is an eight minute walk from our offices. At Target Field Station, walk toward downtown and take a left on Third Avenue North. Walk one-and-a-half blocks north—the T3 Building will be on your left set back from the street and before you reach Washington Avenue (you can see the Dalton and Wade restaurant in the first floor of our building).

Parking

Hourly Parking at T3 - Hourly surface parking is available both in front of and behind our building, operated by HNLG. Park and locate a pay box, which accepts Visa/Mastercard (know your license plate number). More information on the lots and rates can be found here.   

Street Parking - Plentiful street parking is typically available on Third Avenue North and Washington Avenue North. Beware event parking rates during Twins games.
