Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Let us help you take back the power and stop sexual harassment.
Despite all the efforts of corporate HR mouthpieces (who seem to try and do their darndest), sexual harassment is still a reality in the workplace. It takes all kinds of forms. At its core, it is the theft of one’s dignity.
We’re here to help you take back your dignity and put an end to the shame and the hurt.
Under Minnesota’s anti-discrimination protections for employees, we help victims of sexual harassment prepare to prove that:
- The employer’s conduct was unwelcome;
- the employer’s conduct consisted of sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, sexually motivated physical conduct, or other verbal or physical conduct or communication of a sexual nature; and
- the employer’s conduct was sufficiently pervasive so as to substantially interfere with the employee’s employment or created a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment.
We can help clients enduring sexual harassment in many ways including, for example, making it stop, negotiating a confidential exit, or suing the employer who has failed to fix a problem caused by a peer or other co-worker after learning about it.
